Focus on the Verb

Focus on the verb, not the noun. The doing part is what’s going to get you there.

I just finished a 3-month-long project. Well, almost finished. Even Da Vinci said the Mona Lisa was never truly complete. 😉

Ditch the yearly resolutions. Think 6 weeks instead.

  1. Set 2-3 achievable goals for the next 6 weeks. Shorter goals = more wins!
  2. Plan your weeks roughly. You don’t need every detail figured out, just a general direction.
  3. Track your progress daily. Jot down what you accomplished each day.
  4. Remember your “why”. Every step, no matter how small, gets you closer to your dream.
  5. Just do it! Planning is important, whether it’s 6 weeks, 3 weeks, or even just for the day. Find what works for you and take action.
